Refund Policy Of Araku Aranya Resort

By making a booking with Araku Aranya Resort through our website or any authorized booking channel, you agree to the following refund terms. A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment is received and a confirmation is issued by the resort. Guests may cancel their reservation by contacting us through the official communication channels. If the cancellation is made seven (7) days or more before the scheduled check-in date, the guest will be eligible for a full refund of the booking amount. If the cancellation is made between three (3) to six (6) days before the check-in date, fifty percent (50%) of the booking amount will be refunded. Cancellations made less than seventy-two (72) hours before the check-in time will not be eligible for any refund. In the event of a no-show, where the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation, the entire booking amount will be forfeited. If a guest checks out earlier than the confirmed departure date, no refund will be provided for the unused nights. Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable at the time of reservation, and such bookings will not be eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstances. In rare cases where the resort is unable to honor a confirmed booking due to natural disasters, government restrictions, technical errors, or other unforeseen operational issues, the guest will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule the stay, subject to availability. Approved refunds will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days and will be credited to the original method of payment, although actual credit timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway involved.

Refundable Security Deposit Policy

To ensure the safety of the resort property and to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, Araku Aranya Resort may collect a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in. The deposit amount, as communicated at the time of booking or during check-in, must be paid by the guest through cash, card, or any accepted digital payment method. The security deposit is collected to cover any potential damages to the room, furniture, fixtures, appliances, or other resort property, as well as for the loss of keys, accessories, or equipment, excessive cleaning requirements due to misuse, or violations of resort policies. At the time of check-out, the room or property will be inspected by the resort staff. If no damages, losses, or policy violations are found, the full security deposit will be refunded to the guest. In cases where damages, missing items, or additional cleaning charges are identified, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the security deposit, and the guest will be informed of the deduction details. Cash deposits will generally be refunded immediately at check-out after inspection, while deposits made through card or digital payment methods will be refunded within three (3) to seven (7) business days, depending on the processing time of the respective bank or payment provider. Any disputes regarding the security deposit must be reported to the resort within twenty-four (24) hours of check-out for review and resolution.
